My sister booked me a prenatal massage with Heather, which was wonderful. I could tell Heather really cared and knew what she was doing. Although I waited 25 minutes past the start time of my massage I tried to stay positive. I left excited to come back with the same therapist. Went ahead and booked and asked about 3 times if all of their therapists were certified in prenatal and I couldn’t get a solid answer from the front desk staff. They kinda danced around the question. It’s a really important certification for the safety of a pregnant woman… they rebooked me with a random therapist and when I asked about being certified all they mentioned was the MBLEX exam. Which a quick google search tells you there are “a few prenatal questions. But most therapists who specialize in prenatal get an additional certificate”. THEN I didn’t get an answer for 3 days. I just decided to cancel. It’s definitely a shame my review is on the front desk staff. They need some work…
